Global Procurement Director Packaging
Christian Gerdes is the Global Procurement Director Packaging at Kimberly-Clark. He collaborates with procurement team members and stakeholders across the company to develop and drive the category strategies across all areas of resin and paper based packaging. Previously, Christian served as the Associate Director of IT Procurement working closely with the CIO and the IT leadership team on strategies covering all areas of IT globally.
Prior to joining Kimberly-Clark, Christian had various procurement roles with Exelon Corporation and IBM, where he was a participant of the Global Supply Chain Leadership Program (SCLP).
Christian earned a master’s degree in business administration from Marist College and a master’s degree in industrial engineering from the University of Paderborn in Germany. He resides with his family in Atlanta, Georgia.
