Eduardo Posada holds twenty eight years of experience in the paper and packaging industry.
Eduardo earned his bachelor´s degree in Economics, with specialty in International Trade & Economic Development, from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
After working 14 years as an entrepreneur in Colombia, he left the country and joined Smurfit Cartón y Papel de México starting as General Manager of Monterrey Corrugated and grew all the way to group Vice President in five years. After that, he joined Grupo Gondi in 2004 as COO and in 2008 was promoted to CEO and member of the Board of Directors.
From that time until now, Gondi has been showing a steady, solid growth from 5 to 15 plants, coming from 250 thousand tons to a million tons by 2020, this includes the new paper mill in Monterrey. With this state-of-the-art lightweight containerboard mill and cutting edge technology in preprint, offset, digital and Landa nanotechnology, Grupo Gondi offers the best solutions of premium packaging in the Mexican market.
