Beth Snell Lis

Vice President, Asian Paper and Packaging



Beth began her career at Fastmarkets RISI in 1995, as an economist analyzing Asian paper and board markets. Her work was instrumental in helping to develop and expand Fastmarkets RISI's analysis of these markets, building Fastmarkets RISI's extensive databases, developing Fastmarkets RISI's price series, and forecasting for the Asian region. In 2006, she helped to open Fastmarkets RISI's Shanghai office. She currently oversees Fastmarkets RISI’s Asian Paper Packaging and Graphic Paper forecasts and reports and is the lead author of the Asian Pulp and Paper Monitor. Beth holds a Masters in Public Affairs (focusing on Economics and Public Policy) from the Woodrow Wilson School at Princeton University, USA and a B.A. in Economics and Computer Science from Dartmouth College, USA.
