As Director of Global Supply Chain at McDonald’s, Frank Heidlberger provides strategic direction and oversight to the McDonald’s global packaging category. Based in Germany, he leads a team responsible for category management including sourcing, product development, innovation and sustainability.
He has spearheaded the transition of the packaging organization from functioning independently across three main regions (North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific) to operating as one global structure. Together with his cross-functional team, Frank is leading the implementation and acceleration of circular solutions at McDonald´s.
