The seminar fee covers participation in all seminar sessions, one networking break and a light lunch on Tuesday, May 7th, and a copy of the conference proceedings.
The conference registration fee covers participation in all conference sessions, the cocktail reception on Wednesday May 8th, lunch on May 8 and 9, networking breaks, and a copy of the conference proceedings.
The seminar & conference registration fee covers all of the above.
The delegate registration fee does not include hotel accommodations, activities or meals other than those mentioned above. All fees must be paid in full prior to the conference.
- There is an additional fee for the optional site tour taking place on Tuesday, May 7th for 150 euros + VAT. This fee includes transportation to and from the sites.
- There is an additional fee for the optional field trip taking place following the conference for 1,150 euros + VAT. This fee includes transportation, accommodation and meals.

Conference + Seminar
For registered attendees who are unable to attend the conference, the following cancellation policy applies:
- Full refund of the registration fee with written notification of cancellation received before March 29, 2019
- 60% refund and a copy of the conference proceedings with written notification of cancellation received on or before April 11, 2019
- Fees will not be refunded if cancellation notification is received after April 11, 2019, or in case of no-show
- Substitutions are allowed at any time
- Non-payment does not constitute cancellation
