Since February 2019 Flávia Villani is the head of dunnhumby, a leading customer data science company, in Brazil. Through customer data, dunnhumby provides data science and insights and media monetization services to retail clients such as Grupo Pão de Açucar, Raia Drogasil and Netshoes, and customer insights to more than 20 consumer goods industry such as Unilever, Ambev, J&J, Sanofi, and may others. Having more than 20 years’ of work experience and a solid background in retail (Grupo Pão de Açucar) and consumer goods industry (Unilever) in different business areas such as: supply chain, commercial and marketing. Former to dunnhumby she started up a company, Yandeh, using big data, analytics and transactional platforms to deliver business efficiencies.
