Corporate Director Supply South America
Executive with more than 20 years of experience in Business and Operations Management, from the supply chain to the agribusiness segment, with expertise in conflict resolution, delivery of results and business vision. Jerson started his career at JBS in 2003 as a Production Unit Manager, he was responsible for managing the manufacturing unit (Commercial, Administrative, HR, Environment, Maintenance). In 2007 Jerson was invited to take up the post of Corporate Manager of Chemical Category, responsible for corporate governance of chemical supplies and negotiations in North and South America, Europe and Asia. Due the great job presented, considering his knowledge of the market, the supply chain and in people management, in 2015 he assumed the position of Corporate Director Supply South America. Jerson is responsible for managing the categories of Chemicals, Packaging, Ingredients, Electric Energy, Human Resources, Travel, CAPEX, OPEX and Logistics Import, also implementing corporate policies and developing strategic negotiations.
Mr. Jerson is a chemical engineer with MBA in Strategic and Economic Management of Business from FGV.
