Michael P. Doss, 53, is the president and chief executive officer of Graphic Packaging Holding Company. Prior to January 1, 2016, Mr. Doss was president and chief operating officer after serving as the executive vice president, commercial operations of Graphic Packaging Holding Company. From 2008 to 2014, he held the position of senior vice president, Consumer Packaging Division following his role as senior vice president, Consumer Products Packaging of Graphic Packaging Corporation since 2006. From 2000 to 2006, he was the vice president of operations, Universal Packaging Division, after serving as director of web systems. Since joining Graphic Packaging International Corporation in 1990, Mr. Doss has held positions of increasing management responsibility, including plant manager at the Gordonsville, Tennessee and Wausau, Wisconsin plants. He holds a Bachelor of Science in industrial marketing and a Master of Business Administration in finance, both from Western Michigan University, and is a graduate of Harvard University’s General Manager program.

Mr. Doss serves on the Board of Directors for the American Forest & Paper Association, the Sustainable Forest Initiative, the Paper Recycling Coalition, the Atlanta Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America and the Paper & Packaging Board Check-off program. He also serves on The Carter Center Board of Councilors and is active in the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce.
